MK ft. Alana – Always (Area10 MK Remix)

Several days ago, Marc Kinchen was handed the task of concocting a special “Back To Detroit Guest Mix” on BBC Radio1xtra, in which none of the tracks implemented were released beyond 1995. Now, 21 years after its initial release, MK revisits his 1992 output, “Always,” featuring Alana. Pervading the Area10 remix are uplifting piano house, flickering snares and enhanced BPMs that equate to a more sparkling energy than the original. Those familiar with his slick technique and his artful practice of piano loops will find his touchup of “Always” to be clean-cut in traditional MK fashion.
