A marketing saga that began when a mysterious USB stick deposited in the Netherlands made its way on a transcontinental journey to the US has finally come to a close. The talent behind deep house groove “Shiver” are none other than Mr. Belt & Wezol, defying speculation to the contrary that Oliver Heldens was the man behind the music. Belt & Wezol are slight newcomers to the genre, but with standout tracks like their remix to Wildchild’s “Renegade Master” highlighted in their production repertoire. According to Spinnin’, the label behind the debut, the artists are actually Oliver Heldens’ protégés (go figure).
