The competition the dance world loves to hate, DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJ poll will open its ballot on July 12th. To commemorate the occasion, the magazine will host an event at Amsterdam’s Paradiso featuring some of 2013’s record breakers. Highest climber Andrew Rayel, highest new entry Dyro, Dannic, Dubvision and a mystery guest will spin the Voting Launch Party and will give a preview of what’s to come for the London-based Top 100 Poll party in October. For those unable to attend the ancillary events, the poll itself will be open from July until September 15th and promises a new voting system, with details to be released soon. When the results are tallied, the winners will be crowned during the Top 100 DJs Awards at ADE’s Amsterdam Music Festival in the Amsterdam ArenA on October 18th.
