Fehrplay – Everywhere You Go (Original Mix) [Preview]

Since pulling on the industry’s heart-strings with a three-track studio teaser, all eyes have been on Fehrplay to make with what looks to be his most accomplished run of original material to date. More often found holding the fort as a key member of the Pryda Friends elite, Jonas Von De Fehr joins the trail of Ultra Music for the formal unveiling of one of his early studio teasers. In a flash of sharp keys and masterful low-end lead work, “Everywhere You Go” collects the best of the versatile Norwegian producer’s musical hallmarks to date.

While Ultra may have been a somewhat surprising host for this murky yet reassuringly uplifting number, the change indicates just how comfortably Fehrplay has shifted the banner of Prydz-protégé from his professional repertoire. Amongst all the attention and with a wealth of new material still to emerge, it is reassuring to see that musical complacency has yet to knock this premium balancer of the deep and progressive ranks from maintaining his stand as its versatile flag bearer.
