Hakkasan Group has added another major enterprise to it’s burgeoning nightlife portfolio by acquiring a major stake of H.Wood Group, the company responsible for operating Hooray Henry’s, SHOREbar, and two outposts of Bootsy Bellows located in Aspen and West Hollywood. Bootsy Bellows was initially started by H.Wood Group owners John Terzian and Brian Toll, with an investment from David Arquette.
Recently, Hakkasan has been very active in expanding the brand and is aggressively looking to start new hotel projects, including a boutique Hakkasan Hotel within the MGM Grand Las Vegas. It is rumored that the Bootsy Bellows brand will also make a Vegas appearance making MGM the logical destination.
