DA Premiere: Feenixpawl’s Electric Zoo Countdown Mix
Feenixpawl have been on dance music enthusiasts’ radars since their infectious, Beatport-topping release with Ivan Gough and Georgi Kay, “In My Mind,” and more recent original mixes like “Hear Me” and “I Won’t Break.” 2014, however, may be their best year yet as the Australian pair ready themselves for their quickly-approaching Electric Zoo debut alongside power players Dubfire, Knife Party and Jack U, to name a few. While their “Electric Zoo Countdown Mix” leans heavily electro, the duo tip their hats to Galantis, Third Party, An21, Sebjack and Robyn, making for a playful mix that teases our senses and leaves us asking the anticipatory question, “Is it Labor Day Weekend yet?”
