Lookas unleashes his first original production, ‘LOKO’
Recently rising out of the Miami trap scene is bass artist Lookas, who took trap by storm with his recent string of successful remixes. From an initial boom with an official remix of DVBBS & Borgeous’ “Tsunami” with HLTR$KLTR, the 808 monger has made major headway within the Miami club circuit, and now national bass communities. Lookas looks to break through into the ranks of the heavy genre with his first original release, “LOKO,” which takes the traditional festival trap sound and flips it on its head. With beat changes lurking around every thundering kick, Lookas manages to bring creativity to a genre that has been known to many as a rather generic area in electronic music. Even after amassing a large touring schedule and seeing a quick rise in his circle of talented producers, Lookas continues to pump out quality productions consistently.
