Longtime dance icon Sander Kleinenberg, whose career had spanned three decades prior to a brief hiatus, is now making his return to production. Last being in command still not too long ago, the Dutch veteran re-enters the game at just the right time, with just the right sound. With “We-R-Superstars,” Sander delivers a unique house record that he tells Billboard has “roots in disco and funk” and “a little wink to Daft Punk,” best summing up the past-meets-future sound.
