Tom Staar and Steve Angello go as far back as the “Don’t You Worry Child” remix package. Now summoning Staar to bring his deep-digging electro-house to Size Records, a collaboration (this time) alongside Ansolo follows the imprint’s production marathon suitably this summer. “Ansol” comes as an unmistakable stage weapon, one that strikes with no regard for its in-set successors, or in-crowd human life. Unrelenting rhythm has no mercy aside from touches of melody in weaving flooring percussion with edgy synths. Staar’s latest work in tandem with Ansolo fits into the Size Records release schedule; an apt follow-up to David Tort & David Gausa’s “Dizzy” and a precaution to Arno Cost & Norman Doray’s “Strong.”
