Alesso premieres new single ‘Heroes’
Alesso is flipping to the next chapter: his maturation. Signing a recording contract with Def Jam for the new beginning, the former Ingrosso protege unleashed “Tear The Roof Up,” his first solo production in quite some time that had been destined to take off since its Ultra Music Festival debut. Already onto its follow up, Alesso counters with “Heroes,” premiered by Pete Tong and featuring Swedish songstress Tove Lo. A far cry from his edgier, more aggressive sounds that fans were glad to welcome back, the latest has his uptempo melodic work on display. As far as singles go, “Heroes” follows in the lineage of recent hits like Tiësto’s “Red Lights” and Calvin Harris’s “Summer,” but only time will tell if it follows in success.
