With Deorro‘s “Five Hours” again conquering airwaves with its vocal edit and MAKJ‘s “Go” collab earning a chart-topping refresh from Showtek, the two Los Angeles producers have turned away from Beatport for their next single. “Ready!” sees the young collaborators combine a tried and true vocal snippet with a new call to action, bringing another festival-ready electro beat to the cheering masses. Though drums and 80s synths introduce the audience instructions, a more modern melody takes the forefront before bowing out in time for the build. Tested in Deorro’s EDC Vegas set and picking up radio support from Hardwell, Nicky Romero and W&W, Labor Day is looking like a prime place to hear the tune live, as both of its producers will be getting wild at Electric Zoo.
