It’s The Ship sees party cruise concept set sail to Asia for continents biggest to date
Whilst the cancellation of Pete Tong’s All Gone To Sea made for a negative splash for the party cruise concept in US waters, the popular live medium seems to have found potential buoyancy in Asia courtesy of the announcement of It’s The Ship Festival this winter. Starting in Singapore, the four-night event see’s the folks behind Future Music’s Asian strand offers 3,800 people the opportunity to take to the sea for one of Asia’s largest attempts at the party concept to date. Though no line-up has been released yet, its $400 and initial teaser are sure to make the concept an interesting contender to the more saturated market for party cruises currently spinning in the US.
