Just hours off the release of X, Chris Brown’s newest, post-prison album, selections are being handled with reckless abandon. With a handful of tracks worth remixing, the Diplo-produced title track gives electronic artists the widest lane to do so. Surfacing early is a rendition from Electric Bodega, a production duo out of New York City who range between trap, hip-hop, and electro tendencies between. Their remix of “X” was aired on HOT 97’s morning show with a special note: “Chris ain’t even got this one yet!”
