Tapetenwechsel – Feel You (Radio Edit)
Armada’s The Bearded Man imprint may have only launched this summer, but the self-described genreless offshoot has already rounded up a seductive selection of tomorrow’s stars. Among them is Tapetenwechsel, a young German producer that first fell into the Armada camp nine months ago with a release on Black Book Audio. Now changing course for a more vocally-focused output, the Mühldorf native goes for a slightly less subtle style of soothing house in “Feel You.” Starting simply with longing lyrics, piano chords and reverb-heavy pluck, the tune stirs in a synth melody, body moving beat and tasty topline until smooth. While this may be the first time you hear Tapetenwechsel’s name it won’t be the last – soon you may even be able to pronounce it.
