Armin Van Buuren confirmed as newest headliner for Escape: All Hallows’ Eve
Among the affected festivals and shows cancelled due to Avicii’s home retreat for health concerns is Insomniac’s Halloween festival, Escape: All Hallows’ Eve. His absence left Saturday of the festival with a closing set time to fill, and while Kygo took over the Swedish producer’s esteemed main stage slot at TomorrowWorld, Southern California will instead be receiving trance legend Armin Van Buuren as a replacement.
The decision was made after an Insomniac fan took to Twitter to ask Armin directly if he would be willing to fill in for his sick peer, to which the Dutch producer happily responded, “Yes please :)” Pasquale, also tagged in the conversation, took the reigns from there on and it seems as though one lucky Twitter users’ wishes will come true this Halloween season.
@matt3boii @EscapeWland @PasqualeRotella @insomniacevents @asot yes please :)
