Group Therapy 100 goes Above & Beyond at Madison Square Garden
There’s very little we can say about Above & Beyond that hasn’t already been said. They are the Beethoven of a generation that has placed technology and art hand-in-hand, and their Group Therapy 100 set at Madison Square Garden plays out like nothing short of an audial dream. Die-hard members of the Trance Family will find classic gems and modern marvels alike in this set, which unravels into two glorious hours of gorgeous goose-bump-inducing A&B melodies. That doesn’t mean the set is all rainbows and butterflies, though – the trio brings some edginess here an there with driving bass-lines and grating synths that give the whole musical experience serious big-room appeal. Overall, we can’t say we’re surprised – regardless of your musical preference, ABGT somehow always manages to hit the spot.
