Hakkasan Group opens Omnia San Diego
Stingaree will close its doors on November 2nd to make way for Hakkasan Group to revamp and rebrand the historic nightclub into Omnia San Diego which will be the sister club being developed in the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. This will be the second Omnia location and will fit the mold of its Vegas counterpart in terms of design and aesthetics. Hakkasan Group is investing millions of dollars into its new Omnia brand and acquired Stingaree through its Enlightened Hospitality Group acquisition that took place earlier this year. While there is no word on exactly how much Hakkasan is spending on the rebranding of Stingaree, insiders have been told that the investment will exceed what has been spent on any other nightlife venue in the San Diego area. Hakkasan Group wants to give attendees the Vegas experience in Southern California and will continue to aggressively expand its new Omnia brand in the future.
