Insomniac Events takes EDC Orlando cashless
In the past couple of years the idea of cashless festivals has grown from a mere concept to being implemented in some of the world’s largest festivals. Some of the first festivals to adopt the cashless program were Mysteryland, TomorrowWorld, and Lollapalooza.
Recently, Insomniac Events made the announcement that they would be taking Electric Daisy Carnival Orlando cashless. Similar to the other festivals that implemented the same system, EDC Orlando will have RFID wristbands that you will be able to load up with ‘”Daisy Dollars” to use at the festival. If you run out of money at the festival, you will be able to load more “Daisy Dollars” into your account and there will be stations around the festival to assist you in the process. Once you receive your wristband, if you register it HERE by November 6th with $100 dollars, Insomniac Events will add 10 extra “Daisy Dollars” to your account. Maybe if this goes well, Insomniac will implement the cashless system to all their festivals including Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. Look below for more information on the RFID wristbands.
