Splurt is on his way to steal your girl, releases “#OMW2SYG”

The responsibilities listed in a Media Manager’s job detail doesn’t typically include standing in the spotlight, but the man behind much of what you see as spectators from Major Lazer has flipped the switch. He goes by Splurt, and apart from being clearly gifted in his craft, he is known for his sense of humor. “#OMW2SYG,” or “Swiggity Swooty” is a display of exactly that, turning an instantly viral Instagram hashtag into a full blown production with the support of Mad Decent. A bounce influenced track with a dash of 808s for a taste of urban flavor, “#OMW2SYG” draws clear influence from the acts Splurt has worked professionally with, which makes for an exciting end result.
