Just two years ago, the feel-good music guru, Bakermat, broke onto the scene with his Martin Luther King sampled smash, “One Day (Vandaag).” The 23-year-old has been a force to be reckoned with since then with countless originals and remixes, his own “Bakermat & Friends” stage at Tomorrowland, and his upcoming debut US tour in March 2015 .

Already receiving the stamp of approval from BBC Radio 1 bulwark, Pete Tong, Bakermat has come to DA to premiere his new retro-house single “Teach Me.” Bakermat rejuvenates vintage sounds with a new school approach as he conducts an orchestra of nimble piano melodies, soul-injected choir vocals, and symphonic violins over an addictive house backbone. Sampling from gospel songstress Shirley Caesar, the gospel choir exhibits the soul of this track as they croon for the Dutch artist to reveal his secret to producing hit after hit. Bakermat has established himself as a pioneer of melodic house with every move he makes, and will continue to do so in 2015 with his debut US tour.
