Canada’s genre-crossing crusaders, Zeds Dead, are offering their latest follow up to this year’s Somewhere Else EP, this time with a remix of Jack Ü‘s infectious electro-inspired hip-hop hybrid “Take Ü There.”  Installing their patented, heavy-hitting bass production style into Skrillex and Diplo’s collaboration with Kiesza, the Canadian duo manage to create a far more menacing rendition of the stand out track.

The intro to the preview snippet appears to leave Kiesza’s shrill vocals intact, until the tune comes to the break, carried by DC and Hooks’ pulverizing synth arrangements. Snarling metallic blows are matched with sweltering waves of bass, then slashed apart by keen sample placements. The preview alludes to another bulldozing remix by the bass music veterans.

There’s no set release date for this remix, but one thing is for certain — we’re desperate to here the full-length version.
