Still coasting from his latest rework with Hotel Garuda, Gryffin is already moving forward to the next remix venture. Jumping across the genre pool to an entirely different sound, the NYC native has braved the challenge of transforming Maroon 5’s recent single “Animals” from a radio pop hit to a sleeker, downtempo reinvention. Lead singer Adam Levine’s signature piercing vocals remain, but Gryffin’s reconstructed soundscape paints a deeper, tranquil harmonization between highs and lows throughout the brand new “Animals.”
