SiriusXM and YouTube to present new EDM show, ‘The YouTube EDM 15’
For those who on occasion prefer watching their music from the comfort of their homes, a new dance music-based show will be coming our way sooner than we may have thought. The YouTube EDM 15, a collaborative effort between SiriusXM and YouTube, is a weekly, commercial-free show that will exhibit the latest trends in dance music according to YouTube’s viewership data. Even more enticing: The Chainsmokers will act as the show’s hosts.
Following the unprecedented success of SiriusXM and YouTube’s first collaboration, The YouTube 15, their second project will hone in on bringing electronic music’s up-and-comers to the forefront. The YouTube EDM 15 epitomizes the pair’s shared desire to support new music from both established and emerging artists.
The YouTube EDM 15 will air weekly beginning Friday, November 21 at 8:00pm ET, with reruns to play throughout the weekend on SiriusXM’s BPM and its Internet Radio App.
