Skrillex’s ‘Ease My Mind v Ragga Bomb’ remix EP receives a welcomed early release
For Skrillex zealots, Christmas has arrived early this year. Courtesy of an iTunes slip up, Skrillex’s Ease My Mind v Ragga Bomb Remixes EP has received an advanced release prior to its initially scheduled publication, reportedly due later this month. Taking hold of either “Ease My Mind” or “Ragga Bomb” of Skrillex’s latest Recess, the EP is made up of four coveted remix tracks from Teddy Killerz, Jai Wolf, GTA, and a collaboration rework from Zomboy and Skrillex himself.
The EP finds no shortage of bass-focused talent. Seemingly out of left field, but with no hesitation to fit right into the mix is Russia’s Teddy Killerz, a duo that injects a welcomed dose of drum and bass to “Ragga Bomb.” Both debuted earlier this summer, Jai Wolf’s trap remix joins GTA’s explosive rendition of “Ease My Mind.” Finally, abolishing any of the remaining controversy between their reminiscent styles, Zomboy and Skrillex partner for their new revision of “Ragga Bomb” and mark the top of the massive anticipation towards these remix tracks.
