Sunburn Goa 2014 announces its full artist lineup
India’s premier dance music festival, Sunburn, is under 2 months away and has just unveiled the second phase of its colossal 2014 installment. Set to take place on Vagator Beach, Goa from December 27th to 29th, Sunburn has dug deep into the EDM scene to celebrate the full spectrum of electronic dance music. Leading the festival’s second charge is Crosstown Rebels head honcho, Damian Lazarus, a man whose talents have contributed to the rebirth of traditional house music in the US and Europe. Alongside Lazarus is Hot Creations founder Jamie Jones, rounding off an incredible 2014 and his Paradise residency in Ibiza. In classic Sunburn fashion, the psytrance genre makes a prominent appearance in 2014’s lineup with Avalon set to perform alongside frequent collaborator Sonic Species, while Emma Hewitt makes her debut this year. Dannic, Klingande, and many more also join the Goa festival on its 8th anniversary.
With over 160,000 people set to descend on Goa come December, Sunburn still reigns king as Asia’s largest dance music festival and one that has played an integral role in India’s growing love for electronic music over the past eight years.
