Avicii lets loose remix pack of ‘Divine Sorrow’
As is standard with Avicii and his camp, the Swedish producer’s recent collaboration with Wyclef Jean, “Divine Sorrow,” has been blessed with the full remix pack, featuring reworks exclusively from Africa. The original release, crafted to benefit AIDS research, has dominated the airwaves over the past few weeks, combining beautiful aspects of pop acts while also giving fans a quick flashback to Avicii’s older, electro-dominated sound. The track’s extended mix is revealed on the remix EP, along with a romantic instrumental touch from Goldfish that favors melodic and laid-back vibes. Lastly, NightRider blends the recently trending tropical sound with aspects of the fuller and darker deep house genre. As per usual, the artists hand selected by the PRMD team exceed expectations in their reworks of an already enthralling track.
