Galantis – Runaway (U & I) (Dillon Francis Remix)
Dillon Francis is closing out 2014 with a slew of new music. From his recent album release that’s still making its way through the Billboard charts, to a rebirth of his own “Drunk All The Time,” and now a remix of Galantis‘ “Runaway (U & I),” the LA producer shows no signs of slowing down. The Swedish duo’s progressive house original retains its high pitched chorus, but Francis also slaps on a layer of novelty. Using a low frequency synth and familiar, quickened hi-hats, he twists the song into a festival trap direction. Dillon’s rendition will blend perfectly in his live sets to come, as he closes up the year touring in LA followed by an international leg in India and Australia to kick off 2015.
