Drumcode has always been known for putting forth music that is dark, hard, percussion-driven and full-bodied in magnitude. It is, essentially, techno for the big room, and that’s exactly the sort of the sound that Italian producer Luigi Madonna has managed to capture once again in his recent piece “Unconditional Beauty.” Raw, edgy and fraught with tension and aggressive rhythm, “Unconditional Beauty” marks Madonna’s return to Drumcode a full year after releasing his hit single “Primo.”
