Maybe you caught this one snuck into one of Oliver Helden‘s ‘Heldeep Radio’ episodes last month. If it’s your first time hearing it though, you’re welcome. Created in collaboration with Mr. Probz, this chic and bouncing deep-meets-future house gem is the epitome of dance floor groove and chopped-up percussion. Titled ‘Rumors’ in honor of its sultry pitched-down vocals, the bass drop is the true star of this Spinnin’ Records tune: it ebbs and flows into a subtly rising climax before dropping down into an infectious bass line that’s enough to get even the most reluctant party-goers onto the floor.
