London-based production duo Jack Fell Down has always been known for their cutting-edge, forward thinking on-the-cusp-of-discovery sound. One of the hottest names in the current underground music scene, everything they do always seems a little edgier and more avant-garde than the norm. “Space Junk” is their not-so-traditional homage to acid house, with a little something extra thrown in by way of 303 bass, shuffling percussion and eerie, high-pitched arpeggios. It’s cleanly produced with the word ‘minimal’ in mind, tightly structured and deliciously spacey.
