Zeds Dead & Oliver Heldens – You Know (Original Mix)
Last month, future house pioneer Oliver Heldens and the deadly Canadian duo Zeds Dead previewed their electrifying collaboration, “You Know,” for fans to get a sense of how their two diverse styles would mesh in one track. Zeds Dead have been notorious for experimenting in most bass-driven genres to see what their creative minds could concoct. Although “You Know” is primarily a future house track at the surface level, the Dutch all-star and Canadian pair slip in underlying synth quivers and ear-wrenching bass effects to rise above the typical future house track. A highlight in the full stream is about midway when the producers slow down the tempo and add in a slew of ivory trills that showcase their classical piano background.
