Dutch bass fiend and versatile house contender Bart B More has an album on the cards for 2015, beckoning more warped club antics than ever before from an artist evidently uncompromised by the changing tides of dance music. Leading with a free three-track teaser EP to set the tone for this extended sitting from the experimental European stalwart, the it’s leading cut picks up where “Cowbell” and recent Mr Ozio collaboration “Dry Run” left off.

“Fusion” nods to the Dutchman’s musical heritage whilst opening up to the heavier and more conventional hallmarks of modern big room, bringing with it the energy and impact to hold the bigger crowds now facing his craft. There’s still enough weird and wonderful manoeuvres to have us reassured that Bart B More isn’t taming his musical scope for the year ahead, but this could well be proof that not all roads to the album platform need bend to the industry norm.
