Ultra Music celebrates 20 years with 2014 compilation album, Ultra Dance 16
If there is a record label that has developed a reputation for being a premier outlet for dance music’s most influential artists, it’s Ultra Music. Every year, their catalog of releases undoubtedly consists of the scene’s hottest tracks from seasoned EDM veterans to the most promising up-and-comers. Today, Ultra Music is celebrating their 20 years of substantiated musical existence with the release of their 2014 compilation, Ultra Dance 16.
Between Robin Schulz’s breakout remix of “Waves,” Clean Bandit’s Grammy-nominated “Rather Be,” and Calvin Harris’ chart-crushing single “Blame,” Ultra Dance 16 paints an encapsulating picture of the current dance music landscape with 24 of the imprint’s best releases from 2014. In tandem with the compilations release, Ultra Music has put together a compact 10-minute minimix to give fans a taste of what the entire release has to offer. Ultra Dance 16 is now available on iTunes.
