Not long ago, we featured music from both Wax Motif and Sophia Grace just days apart; now we have a new Wax Motif song that samples Sophia Grace. He uses pieces of the 11-year-old’s hit “Best Friends” on his playful house track, “Number 1 Gurrrl.” The combination of added percussion and a significant tempo increase gives the song a more mature feel while Sophia Grace’s voice and lyrics establish a lighthearted vibe.
