Calvin Harris, Hardwell, Skrillex among top winners at 30th Annual IDMAs

The 30th Annual International Dance Music Awards took place in Miami this past week, culminating a huge year in dance music. The world’s top DJs and producers were honored at the event, as well as labels, technology manufacturers, and the world’s most renown clubs across 57 categories. Continuing to lead the scene, names like Calvin Harris and Hardwell pulled in multiple awards, from “Summer” being named the year’s Best Music Video to Hardwell receiving the award for Best Global DJ.

Deadmau5 was crowned Best Solo Artist, Skrillex still sits atop the dubstep categories, and Tiesto‘s A Town Called Paradise tok the award for Best Full Length Studio Recording. Claude Vonstroke‘s underground house label Dirtybird Records won a well- deserved award, along with Madeon, Galantis, Oliver Heldens, and Armin Van Buuren all raking in IDMAs for their respective crafts as well.

Defining one of dance music’s most memorable years to date, from Axwell/\Ingrosso to Kiesza, the IDMAs captured a great year in the rearview and sent us all looking forward to an even bigger 2015.

Head this way for a full list of the winners in all 57 categories.
