Martin Garrix & Tiësto preview ‘The Only Way Is Up’ ahead of May 4th release
First premiered at Ultra Music Festival, the essential progressive original collaboration from Martin Garrix and Tiesto entitled “The Only Way Is Up” has finally received a release date. On May 4th, Garrix heads from his Spinnin’ Records comfort zone over to Tiesto’s Musical Freedom to release the track in its final form. Only stretching a minute, the track’s preview serves more as an announcement trailer than anything else; with a more complete rip available from live performances, the snippet proves that the track is locked and loaded for release, complete and marked with a May 4th release date. The collaboration has been a long time coming, and manages to match expectations of the highly respected duo, as the track is certainly more refreshing that what their peers have been pumping out for the mainstage as of recent. Regardless of whether or not you like this one, I’d suggest you get used to it; “The Only Way Is Up” will be everywhere.
