Pacha to open Macau’s first megaclub; Pacha Macau

Pacha’s iconic cherry logo is about to become a staple of the Macau nightlife scene. Melco Crown Entertainment Limited and Pacha have just announced plans for Macau’s first megaclub, Pacha Macau, located in Studio City – an entertainment, retail and gaming resort in the Las Vegas of China. A leader in international nightlife, Pacha will bring Ibiza-style extravagance to China for the first time.

Both Mr. Lawrence Ho, Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Melco Crown Entertainment, and Eddie Dean, President and CEO of Pacha New York and Managing Director of Pacha Macau, are extremely excited for the future.

“We are delighted to partner with Pacha, rightly acknowledged as the biggest nightclub brand in the world, to deliver the ultimate in international clubbing experiences to Studio City and Greater China,” said Ho in a press release.

“Melco Crown Entertainment has been a pioneer in the development of integrated entertainment resorts in Asia. It shares our vision to bring innovative, world-class entertainment experiences to the region. I’m proud to be part of this. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime,” Mr. Dean added.

Accompanying Eddie Dean on the project is Liam Dwyer, the former Director of Operations at Light Group in Las Vegas, who plans to bring his 15 year of expertise to the other side of the world for what has been already hailed as the “next generation” of immersive, entertainment-driven gaming and leisure experiences.
