It appears Ten Walls’ glorious new tune “Sparta” will be paired with an equally as adept B-side. “Blue Orphan,” the latest gem to be revealed from the Lithuanian craftsman, is a driving deep house tune with subtle strings and arpeggios wrapped around his classic bassoon lead.
Whereas “Sparta,” the A-side to the release, was bold and triumphant, “Blue Orphan” feels darker and more dance floor oriented. The work is highly reminiscent of his debut EP Gotham from back in 2013 which remains some of his most engaging work to date.
