When childhood friends Philipp Jung and Patrick Bodmer, who most of us know as the electronic music icons M.A.N.D.Y., released “Obssesed” last November on their world dominating label Get Physical, the buzz the track created quickly formed into a discussion of remixes. Argentinian producer Guti has been called on again by the Get Physical crew to deliver his signature moody touch to one of their releases, re-working the bass heavy “Obsessed” into a gorgeous deep and glowing techno affair.

Guti’s jazz upbringing shines through here, as hypnotic synth swells drape over intricately layered hi-hats and thumping kicks, inviting the listener to keep it moving and ‘get physical’ well into the night. The vinyl of the remix package just came out at the beginning of this week, but you’ll have to wait until May 11th to grab the digital, which also features remixes from Marc Houle, German Brigante, Tim Green, Monoloc and SIOPIS.
