Our Party Picks for EDC Week 2015

EDC Vegas 2015 The Party Guide

In less than a month’s time, Las Vegas will experience its own version of Miami Music Week as a bevy of top-notch artists descend upon Sin City for this year’s Electric Daisy Carnival, which will run from June 19 – June 21. The festival, however, is not the only attraction migrating music fans will have to look forward to. In prepping for our upcoming trip to Vegas, we scoured event calendars up and down the strip and found a plethora of pool parties and nightclub parties to suit every taste and venue preference. So if you’re planning to make the journey to the Silver State this June, sit back, relax and let DA serve you the best of the best in EDC parties. If you won’t be joining the festivities, feel free to live vicariously through this guide and the series of recaps that will follow.

Check out the full schedule on EDC Vegas’s official website.

WET Republic Presents: Above & Beyond

Where: WET Republic Ultra Pool (MGM Grand)

When: Thursday, June 18

What’s the story? Trance legends Above & Beyond are always an act to catch, regardless of whether they’re playing a festival main stage, a big room club or a sprawling pool party. The UK based outfit’s dazzling blend of uplifting melodies and big, booming synths is always enough to make even the most cynical party-goer want to throw his or hands up in the air in sheer celebration of life. With ticket prices running at $40 for ladies and $75 for gentlemen, it’s one of the pricier pool parties of the week, but definitely well worth it for anybody who wants to hear what heaven sounds like on a killer sound system. The pool party starts at 11 a.m. and will run until 6 p.m.

Daylight Beach Club Presents Duke Dumont & Fatboy Slim

Where: Daylight Beach Club (Mandalay Bay)
