Fifty Shades of Grey is still riding on the wave of being both the steamiest and most hyped romance film of the year. After the movie’s official soundtrack was released with international sensations like Ellie Goulding, Skylar Grey, and the Weeknd composing the album’s talent, a remixed version finally surfaced earlier this month with Kaskade and Hippie Sabotage attracting the first moments in the spotlight. However, blossoming progressive talent Gazzo earned the chance to be the only artist on the remix package to take on Ellie Goulding’s standout number, “Love Me Like You Do.” Situating the raw passion in Goulding’s vocal performance onto a bright downtempo bedrock, Gazzo demonstrates his adeptness in channeling his animated, progressive house melodies into a new musical territory that still caters to the original’s nature whilst taking on a new, stimulating form.
