Groove Armada – Alright (Original Mix)

Groove Armada is just two months away from a two-disc release that includes new originals, remixes, a compilation, and a mix. The album is the second installment in Moda Black‘s Little Black Book series; the first of course was Hot Since 82‘s debut full-length of the same name.

Tom and Andy recently shared “Alright,” the first song from the album. It’s an eight-minute adventure with dramatic highs and lows, chilling vocals, and an intensely euphoric vibe that recalls the intensity and passion of their classic ’90s and early ’00s releases. In their press release, Groove Armada declared, “People were saying if you’re going to write new material you need to put it out on a major, get the band back together, unleash the machine. But we don’t want to do that. We want to play and make house music, and that’s all.”
