“You Just Met Your Fucking End Maker, Dr. Bass Drop.” The opening sequence to Major Lazer’s latest tripped-out, fever dream friendly music video kicks off with a heavily vo-coded Andy Samberg voicing the cartoon villain’s battle cry. A heavy-hitting menagerie of blaring dub beatwork, screeching sirens, and the twisted vocal samples of the SNL star, “Bomb That,” arrives as the most raucous track the trio have released ahead of their forthcoming album.  Now that Samberg’s appearance is in the books, fans need only wait for Aziz Ansari’s cameo in the coming weeks.
