Electric Zoo crashes ticketing website within minutes of single-day pre-sale

Well, maybe there’s one thing that could cause the brakes to be pumped on the impending 2015 event — and that occurred today when ticketing partner Flavorous’ website crashed only minutes into single-day pre-sale due to the rush to purchase tickets.
While Flavorous attended to the issue and had the ticket shop up and running within the hour, the mass flocking to lock down Electric Zoo single-day tickets revealed two things: fans still have faith in NYC’s premier dance music festival after cancellations of previous years, and they’re taking the more (and extremely) affordable route in purchasing daily tickets.
The good news for Electric Zoo hopefuls? Flavorous’ ticketing system has been restored and pre-sale to purchase single-day tickets at the pre-sale low price of $69 has been extended.
