When N.A.S.A. and Lizzo come together, the result is a catchy, island-y hip-hop tune. “Iko” utilizes Lizzo’s amazing rap talent to make smooth verses that flow well over the background track. Meanwhile, the hand-clapping samples and and tropical melody fit well with a bass-line that is more nuanced than typical hip-hop tracks, making “Iko” a perfect summer jam.
