Robbie Rivera feat. Shawnee Taylor – Falling Deeper (Dave Winnel’s Energy Mix)

Full fledged remix packages are rare for Axwell’s Axtone imprint, but Robbie Rivera’s vocal-laden original has received just that. Debuted by Axwell Λ Ingrosso during Miami Music Week, David Winnel’s latest interpretation comes in two forms. The first of the two, the “Energy Mix,” combines modern house characteristics with cross genre compatibility, which eases Shawnee Taylor’s vocals to the forefront of the production. The remix has since gone on to see airtime at Pacha NYC and Ministry of Sound, harkening back to a day when clubs had the upper hand over festivals in electronic music’s stratosphere.
