Calvin Harris releases his anticipated new single, ‘How Deep Is Your Love’

It’s been a week of teasers from Calvin Harris in the lead up to his latest original, “How Deep Is Your Love.” Released today firstly in Europe and later in the US, Calvin’s latest channels a deeper UK sound, likely in thanks to his collaborators Disciples, a trio that originates from London. Ina Wroldson, also a London export, is the track’s true delight as she belts the chorus over a hypnotic bass line. Far from the more commercial hits of late, “How Deep Is Your Love” offers a welcomed versatility to the producer’s catalogue.

Though we’ve yet to receive any word of the official video to be coupled with the track, reportedly Calvin Harris has recruited model Gigi Hadid, known for features alongside major brands like Guess, for the forthcoming music video. It wouldn’t be too far off to guess that his new beau Taylor Swift may have had a hand in the pairing.
