Up there with the likes of 1605 master UMEK, Valentino Kanzyani has paved a long and prosperous career fuelling clubs with high-energy underground cuts of a consistently high calibre. On remix duties for Danish outfit Franskild this month, Kanzyani shows us a more intricate side to his versatile production talents. Easier on the tempo and donning a dreamy melodic backdrop, sturdy beats still stand at the forefront of this marker remix from the long-serving Eastern European talent. We’re used to seeing Valentino Kanzyani go full-throttle, but his latest offering spotlights where dialling things back can play out with the utmost elegance.
