Nero give their own ‘Two Minds’ an uplifting remix
If we were to describe Nero in one word, that word would be “epic.” From the apocalyptic synthesized shrieks of “Doomsday” to the powerful electric guitar and hauntingly beautiful vocals of Alana in “The Thrill,” and even to the more simple, groovy diversity of “Must Be The Feeling,” Nero’s music tends to be quintessentially larger than life.
This week, Nero went one step further away from their aggressively solemn paradigm, releasing an even more uplifting remix of the melodic, future house-inspired “Two Minds” from their upcoming sophomore album, Between II Worlds. Nero blend tastes of French-funk, nu-disco, and soothing vocal modulations to create a song that can switch the mood of even their most virulent performance into a four-on-the-floor dance party.
