Canada’s Love Thy Brother adds a new wave touch to their forward thinking production work on the sibling pair’s latest remix. It’s fellow Canuck Harrison Brome’s “Fill Your Brains” that goes under the knife this time around, transformed into a downtempo escapist output destined for headphone plays. The pair compliment the singer/songwriter’s downtrodden vocals with a pristine collection of slow-brewed electronica. There’s a clear and present intent hidden beneath every layer of the Kavinsky-esque remix, one’s that show the more mature side of Love Thy Brother’s production identity.
